Cary Baker — CFO & Treasurer at RealNetworks

Mr. Cary L. Baker has been the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of RealNetworks, Inc. since May 5, 2017. Mr. Baker served as Chief Financial Officer of HEAT Software, Inc. since July 4, 2015 until April 2017. Prior to joining HEAT Software, Mr. Baker held Chief Financial Officer roles at Lumension Security as well as key financial leadership roles at Clearwire Corporation, Boost Mobile and Sprint Corporation. From May 2010 to November 2013, he held key financial leadership roles at Clearwire Corporation, including most recently as Vice President Finance since May 2011. Mr. Baker served as the Chief Financial Officer of NetMotion Wireless, Inc. since June 2014 until October 2016. Mr. Baker served as the Director of Finance at Boost Mobile, LLC. He has more than 10 years of experience in the finance field, holding various finance leadership roles in both the Telecommunications and Financial Services industries. He also has a strong operational background, serving for a stint as a Senior Product Manager in parent Sprint's Wireline Product Development organization with P&L responsibilities for Sprint's domestic and international Private Line data network. Baker also orchestrated partnerships with international telcos to support the expansion of Sprint's MPLS network presence into European and Asian countries. He joined the Boost Mobile Finance team in 2006 as Senior Manager, Operations Finance. In addition to his professional experience, he has an extensive educational background in finance. Mr. Baker holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Idaho and a Master of Business Administration from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.
