Since we are growing so rapidly, I'd say the main focus is to maintain our culture. No need to really improve on it much, but more so make sure it doesn't fade over the years and as we grow.
I really wouldn't. I feel like the ground level is tasked with satisfying customers while the executive level really makes their employees their main priority. I believe a company is supposed to work in this way.
