What's the interview process like at Receipt Bank?
It depends on the position, but in sales it's usually a two stage process: an initial interview with recruiter or team lead, then a phone based sales call role play. You would also likely meet with another colleague or senior member of staff. Most positions will include some form of task to replicate what you would be doing in the role.
