The executive team is new and comprised of a mix of new and long term employees.

Bonus when we hit it
Very generous bonus structure that allows you to earn well beyond your target
I am totally agree with my package
High salary, and bonus (if results are good, which one year they were not).
Seems to be complete for all of my family needs.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
When people leave on your team you are expected to pick up the work and perform 2 or 3 people's jobs with zero help
What are some of the best things about your team?
The people you work with everyday are great people. The managers are terrible
Collabrative, driven , result oriented and nice to be around.

This culture is severly lacking
It is inclusive at many levels
Friendly environment in my company
People say good morning to eachother in the office, people have lunch together at the canteen

The management and they were all let go later on
it has bare minimum expectations

Spread too thin and only short term solutions
Leadership makes mistakes, lower end workers pay for them
