The pay is good and the holidays are good
Bonus when we hit it
Very generous bonus structure that allows you to earn well beyond your target
I am totally agree with my package
When people leave on your team you are expected to pick up the work and perform 2 or 3 people's jobs with zero help

The people you work with everyday are great people. The managers are terrible

This culture is severly lacking
It is inclusive at many levels
Friendly environment in my company
People say good morning to eachother in the office, people have lunch together at the canteen
