The 401K Program is good

Posted 20 days ago

i think the 401K is very important.

FSA, HSA & different cost packages for healthcare

Review from Customer Support Dept · Posted a month ago

Medical coverage period, I wish we could get new glasses (frames and glass) every year, but it's manageable.

Review from Customer Support Dept

401k addition before you even put in.

Review from Operations Dept

Does not apply, I'm part time.

Review from Sales Dept

We are allowed to remote work when possible.

Review from Sales Dept

Review from Sales Dept

Review from Sales Dept

Compensation is now on par with industry standard.

Review from Sales Dept

Good PTO and an insurance package that is reasonably priced.

Review from Operations Dept

Review from Sales Dept

Comp plan in line with sales goals and quartely payouts.

Review from Sales Dept

the 401k program. Company puts in 3% before you even contribute.

Review from Operations Dept

We have some of the best health benefits I have seen at a company. They also allow room for growth in compensation and the ability to strive towards bonuses.

Review from Operations Dept

This is a silly question

Review from Sales Dept

packages extended past 70 great option

Review from Sales Dept

The best part of my compensation package is the comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and opportunities for professional development. These elements contribute to my overall job satisfaction and financial security.

Insurance is good, Roth 4021k is also good.

dont know much about it

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Wages are low compared to other companies in Charlotte

A larger raise to cover the cost of living

Posted 21 days ago

Increasing sales 8% and being "rewarded" with a 3.5% raise is wrong on many, many levels

Review from Sales Dept

I wear many hats and have increased the program with no extra help. I feel there could be so much more this program could do to increase sales with more DEDICATED employees.

Review from Sales Dept

Setting up goals at the beginning of the year and performance evaluation at the end of the year - yearly hike based on performance review (which is currently not done).

Review from Operations Dept

being a Manager, I should be given bonus which I have been asking for quite a long time.

Review from Operations Dept

There's a lot of facets to my job, and I feel that there is a lack of understanding of what the job entails from a company standpoint. Without true understanding of the day to day activities in this department, the job title undervalues what I actually do.

Review from Sales Dept

The amount of work and knowledge that is required does not fairly represent what the job title is and what all we do. Also, the amount of work verses the pay is not adequate.

Review from Customer Support Dept

I don't feel undervalued per se'. I feel very valued. That's not a fair assessment. I feel that my pay is comparable to some corporations, but falls short with others and with the high prices we're seeing, it's hard to make it.
