I wear many hats and have increased the program with no extra help. I feel there could be so much more this program could do to increase sales with more DEDICATED employees.

Setting up goals at the beginning of the year and performance evaluation at the end of the year - yearly hike based on performance review (which is currently not done).

I don't feel undervalued per se'. I feel very valued. That's not a fair assessment. I feel that my pay is comparable to some corporations, but falls short with others and with the high prices we're seeing, it's hard to make it.

The amount of work and knowledge that is required does not fairly represent what the job title is and what all we do. Also, the amount of work verses the pay is not adequate.
