Great company, really good work culture

Ive worked for small, medium, and large companies and I can easily say that Recorded Fuyure is the best company I've ever worked for. While it may not be perfect, because what is, I've never felt more comfortable being myself. Everyone is encouraging, engaging, and fantastic to work with!

What's most apparent about the leadership is that they are available. They sit on the floor with their employees and are willing and open to talk to anyone who has a question, comment, or concern. It's cool to see them involved in the day-to-day and that they truly care about the culture.
