What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are always open to new ideas
Transparency, there are no secrets here
Hands-on, open minded, fair, relatable.
They like to get everyone motivated and pumped up for success!
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Vision, Execution, Alignment, Buy-in, Communication, Innovation, and Leadership
Planning and strategy before execution. Being more aware of how to analyze and diagnose issues instead of constantly solutioning and putting out fires.
Pretty much everything. There's not really anything they're great at, so tons of Room for improvement
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I have a very good health insurance
Comprehensive, has every you need.
Compensation is nice and fair!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Better 401K matching and personal development
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are very smart and modern
Tight knit, always willing to stop and help, supportive.
My team is amazing!! We all work together and help each other out on a daily basis. Everyone I have met at Recurly has really been awesome and friendly.

They are all great amd very friendly

Culture is amazing. This is my first job with a laid back work life and it really makes going to work so much easier.

What did you like most about the interview process?
It was the most organized process I've ever been on
Very conversational and career focused.
It went by fast and seamless process.
I did four video interviews total. I was asked ge real interview questions and enjoyed getting to know other employees.

What makes you most happy at work?
Everything: salary, people, what I've learned
If you are self-sufficient you will love it here, there is no micro-management but with that comes no hand-holding.
Culture is good, pay is fair, interesting work.
Helping as many people I can and just making a difference in peoples lives
