Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I'm clearly the subject matter expert, but I'm ignored and overlooked due to the vertical integration with E Storage, and the need to protect and help e storage at the expense of my relationship with my EPC and the overall direction of the job.
