I'm still getting up to speed but the quality of colleagues I work with are excellent. The key things is everyone is willing to take the time to help.

I have never been at a company that values the independent thought as much as Red Canary. While there are typical growing pains of a start-up, the company has a clear vision on where it wants to go, acting as a compass for strategy and decision making.

Senior leadership lacks experience necessary to run the business at this stage. The founders / CEO swing every few months from staying out of the details, saying they trust teams, to micromanaging with top-down directives.

Transparent, focused, relentless, tough but fair

The leadership team values inclusivity which allows for diversity in thought and strategy.

Bring in experienced leaders that have seen this stage of growth. Get the CEO to stop writing code or transition the role to an IC engineer on a team

They pay well and the package is well put together.

Red canary does offer stipends to support employees remote workspace, gym and phone.

Healthcare! No monthly premiums, nothing to think about. A huge weight off my shoulders.

Everyone comes ready to work each day and realizes that we're working toward a common goal.

People believe in the mission and will jump into problems

The people were friendly and transparent

No needless projects, hiring managers did their due diligence without putting the onus of extraneous work on the candidate

The pay is really good and a flexible working/traveling schedule.
