The biggest problem I have with work/life balance at Red Hat is that there is a lot of overlap between my personal and professional interests. I have to remind myself that this is a self-imposed trap. No one is making me write code or read industry news on the weekend; when I do, it's from my own choice.
This: "Red Hat is a fast moving company with passionate, dedicated staff. Work life balance is respected and valued top down, it's mostly up to the individual to draw the line though. "
