Mr. Bernard T. Moyle, also known as Bernie, has been Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of Red Lion Hotels Corporation since October 1, 2016. Mr. Moyle served as the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Vantage Hospitality Group, Inc. from June 2002 to October 1, 2016. Mr. Moyle co-founded Vantage Hospitality Group, Inc., in 1996. Prior to joining Vantage Hospitality Group, Inc., Mr. Moyle practiced commercial law for 18 years and was a managing partner at Benson, Moyle, Mucci LLP. For nine years, he has worked with the City of Coral Springs on economic development matters in various positions and was appointed by the City Commission to the Community Redevelopment Agency. He serves as an Executive Director of Vanmyt, Inc. Mr. Moyle has served as a Director of Vantage Hospitality since 1999. Mr. Moyle holds a Bachelor's degree from Salisbury State University, Salisbury, Maryland and Juries Doctor from Nova Southeastern University School of Law.
