Mr. Douglas L. Ludwig, also known as Doug, has been the Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President and Treasurer at Red Lion Hotels Corporation since March 2017. Mr. Ludwig served as the Chief Financial Officer of Baha Mar Resorts Ltd. Mr. Ludwig has more than 25 years of finance experience. Mr. Ludwig served as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice-President of Patheon Inc. from March 2006 to September 10, 2006 and also served as its Member of the office of Chief Executive. He served as Chief Financial Officer of Four Seasons Hotels Inc. until August 2005 for 13 years and also served as its Executive Vice President. Since joining Four Seasons Hotel Inc. in 1984, he served as Assistant Corporate Controller until 1985, Vice President and Corporate Controller from 1985 to 1986, Treasurer from 1986 to 1987 and Senior Vice President from 1987 to 1996. He served as Executive Vice President and Treasurer of Four Seasons Hotels Limited of Four Seasons Hotels Inc. As Chief Financial Officer of Four Seasons Hotels, he led all financial aspects of it, including strategic planning, treasury, technology, tax and investor relations, financial reporting and statutory compliance. During his tenure at Four Seasons, he also led the initial public offerings on both the Toronto and New York stock exchanges; led the strategic initiative of transforming it's business model; established strategic objectives and executed numerous asset dispositions and acquisitions. Mr. Ludwig's career began with KPMG where he advanced to Senior Audit Manager. He was responsible for a number of firm's large, international audit clients, including Four Seasons Hotel Inc. for two years. He serves as a Director of Canadian Opera Company. He served as a Director of RBO, the General Partner of Resolve Business Outsourcing Income Fund. He served as a Trustee of Resolve Business Outsourcing Income Fund until October 13, 2006. He is also involved with a number of non-profit organizations. Mr. Ludwig is a Chartered Accountant. He holds an Honors in Business Administration degree from the Richard Ivey Business School at the University of Western Ontario.
