Well when I first got the job offer from Reddit I was not sure if I should accept the offer since I had an offer from Google too. But when I thought about the company's goals I felt that Reddit was so much better due to the companies long term goals and I felt like I could be a realdrivingforce here

Overall I would say it is the FAMILY/COMMUNITY ENVIRONMENT as a whole.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Here at Reddit it is a real family environment. Again as stated before everyone is super encouraging and helpful. I love it at Reddit.
What makes you most happy at work?
Seeing my team excel and meet our goals. Even when we dont meet our goals for the day we, the team, try harder the next day.

What do you like best about the leadership team?
EVERYTHING. What is not to love at Reddit. Everyone is super encouraging and it has a real family vibe. If I do not understand anything the environment here is so supportive. Everyone is so helpful and eager to help.
