What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Working on a user-facing consumer product that everyone recognizes. It's an interesting and fun domain with plenty of technical challenges to dig into and own.

Overall I would say it is the FAMILY/COMMUNITY ENVIRONMENT as a whole.

Everyone is open to hearing others and everyone is super friendly. It's not weird to set up a coffee chat with a random employee from the company.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Get rid of the people who are intentionally creating problems, making our work difficult, and LISTEN TO YOUR USERS AND MODS WHEN THEY SAY AN ADMIN IS A PROBLEM.
