What do you like best about the leadership team?
EVERYTHING. What is not to love at Reddit. Everyone is super encouraging and it has a real family vibe. If I do not understand anything the environment here is so supportive. Everyone is so helpful and eager to help.
Leadership is apways thinking of ways to celebrate the company's achievements and improving the shortcomings.

The actual work is really interesting and meaningful. Coworkers are delightful and helpful.
Here at Reddit it is a real family environment. Again as stated before everyone is super encouraging and helpful. I love it at Reddit.
We actually listen to people and try to help them.
My team is very diligent but also understanding of limitations. We are always raising the bar so I am constantly learning and pushing myself in a nourishing team.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Working on a user-facing consumer product that everyone recognizes. It's an interesting and fun domain with plenty of technical challenges to dig into and own.
Overall I would say it is the FAMILY/COMMUNITY ENVIRONMENT as a whole.
Everyone is open to hearing others and everyone is super friendly. It's not weird to set up a coffee chat with a random employee from the company.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It felt genuine. The recruiting team seemed great. Slow process but not too bad. Typical.
Quick and simple process with clear communication throughout
They seemed interested in me at the time snd promised tons of positive support (they told some pretty lies).
I liked how friendly and inviting the interviewers were.
What makes you most happy at work?
Seeing my team excel and meet our goals. Even when we dont meet our goals for the day we, the team, try harder the next day.
