Executive Bio
Before joining RX in 2020, Alex had been part of the RELX family for 7.5 years. At RELX she was General Counsel, Corporate and M&A, working alongside the corporate finance team and overseeing the legal aspects of all acquisitions and disposals across RELX. Alex is responsible for uniting and overseeing the legal function across RX’s global business, creating a consistent and holistic approach and using her deep understanding in many legal areas to help RX navigate and continue to develop our business globally post-pandemic. In 2021, Alex’s enthusiasm for the culture and people of RX saw her take on additional responsibilities as the global lead for the HR function in RX. She leads the company’s Talent initiatives as well as being a vocal champion of its inclusion and diversity mission as joint executive sponsor for the Global Inclusion Council.
