Executive Bio
Having previously been CEO for RX Brazil for three years, before becoming CEO of RX US in January 2020 he has a successful track record for dramatically improving customer value, financial performance and employee engagement. Under his leadership at RX Brazil, he significantly enhanced both the unique and high impact digital solutions for matchmaking and developed the employee culture, winning RX Brazil the accolade of one of the ‘best places to work’ in the country. Prior to joining RX, Fernando served as CEO of six companies in Brazil and one startup in the US. In addition, he has also held a CEO position in an NGO helping to fund unsupported athletes for the 2016 Olympics in Brazil. A keen basketball player growing up, Fernando attributes his continuing ability to face challenges, appreciate the value of people and lead teams to his passion for the great coaches he had and still studies today. He was named President, RX Americas in November 2021.
