Being Entrepreneurial is a key RX strength, and there is no better example of someone who embraces this value than Takeshi, who, during his 20-year career with RX, has successfully launched and grown over 50 events across multiple industries, including communications, highly functional materials, energy, medical and food. Takeshi joined RX Japan in 1999 and became President of RX Japan in 2019. As President, Takeshi oversees over 80 events annually across 34 industries, including jewellery, cosmetics, fashion, agriculture, medical, manufacturing, automotive, smart energy, IT, and AI. One of the key reasons for RX Japan’s success in launching new events from scratch every year is Takeshi’s management style and his passion for ensuring his colleagues stay creative, excited and motivated to try new things. Takeshi continues to focus on growing RX Japan as the leading event organiser, for both face to face and online events.
