Management in general. There is lack of Communication

Good salary. WFH. Allows for good work life balance.
I do not feel we are paid adequately compared to similar jobs in the same city
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My male colleague earns more. Equal pay would be nice

Our local team is great. I worry about our managers in other locations and their lack of communication

Culture and environment are good. We have formed a bond with our local team and we do what we need to do to get the work done.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Management again is the main concern. Our managers are several hundred miles away and typically we do not chat with them unless there are issues. They fail to let us know pertinent issues with the organization.
