What does the leadership team need to get better at?Management in general. There is lack of Communication
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?Our local team is great. I worry about our managers in other locations and their lack of communication
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Management again is the main concern. Our managers are several hundred miles away and typically we do not chat with them unless there are issues. They fail to let us know pertinent issues with the organization.
