Very competitive salary, amazing health plans with generous contributions, good 401K plan.
Top shelf health plans through Aetna. There is uncapped PTO which is pretty great. Also, the remote work policies are very flexible and pretty amazing.

They go out of their way to make new employees feel welcome. And they're always willing to help if you get stuck.
They're a smart, talented group. There's good social life outside of the office. We have a trivia team, and some other activities.

Questions were tough, but they definitely seemed more interested in hiring the right people, rather than focused on specific tools or tech.
I was hired through a recruiter, but overall there was good communication and pretty transparent throughout the process.
It seemed to be pretty thorough. Met several different people over a few interviews. Whole process took 2-3 weeks.
There seems to be more of a focus on personality than specific languages or skill set. Also, lots of long-term employees who seem to be happy here.

Love the feeling that everyone is there to help. No drama or politics. It's quite refreshing.
I love the flexibility of being able to work remotely, and take time off when I need it without having to worry that it won't get approved.
The other employees are friendly and generally have a positive attitude. The work itself is interesting and better than at most other agencies.
Beautiful office with lots of space to work privately.
