What makes you most happy at work?We have an incredible group of highly capable and passionate people. We are working to change the retail industry for the better. I am very proud of the work we do.
What do you like best about the leadership team?Really strong and people focused leadership team!
What did you like most about the interview process?Meeting more than one person I could be working with.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Minimum wage is $15/hour. Reformation hires people with experience and/or college degrees at $20/hour. The latter SHOULD be making MORE than ONLY $40 (gross) a day than the former. A person trained in a field even the slightest bit should be compensated much more than a LITERAL high school student.
