- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Minimum wage is $15/hour. Reformation hires people with experience and/or college degrees at $20/hour. The latter SHOULD be making MORE than ONLY $40 (gross) a day than the former. A person trained in a field even the slightest bit should be compensated much more than a LITERAL high school student.
