Donald Thomas CPA — Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President at Regional Management

Mr. Donald E. Thomas, also known as Don, CPA, has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Regional Management Corp. since January 2, 2013. Mr. Thomas served as the Principal Accounting Officer of Regional Management Corp. until April 27, 2016. Mr. Thomas has over 30 years of finance and accounting experience in public and private companies served as the Chief Financial Officer of TMX Finance LLC from April 2011 to August 21, 2012 and served as its Chief Accounting Officer form January 6, 2012 to August 21, 2012. Mr. Thomas served as Vice President, Controller and Chief Accounting Officer of 7-Eleven, Inc. Mr. Thomas served as a Vice President of Central Division Operations at 7-Eleven since 2003. Mr. Thomas was responsible for all of 7-Eleven's accounting and financial reporting systems. He also has additional responsibility for Enterprise Procurement and served as its interim Chief Financial Officer, Chief Administrative Officer, Controller and Vice President for 17 years. Prior to 7-Eleven, he held several financial management positions of increasing responsibility with Deloitte & Touche and American Standard/Trane. Mr. Thomas is a Certified Public Accountant and received his BBA with honors in Accounting and Finance from Tarleton State University.
