Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership is very transparent. They always schedule company wide meetings known as "Townhalls", where they have an open discussion on our contracts, future or any concerns employees might have. Employees are truly free to ask questions from immigration to benefits improvement etc.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
they will need to bring us enough projects
What is the best part about your compensation package?
401k Match is up to 5% of salary if you put in 10%, but becoming fully vested takes 4 years.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Generally speaking, the engineering compensation at REI Systems is very good when compared to other jobs in the US. For example earning 80k to 100k is generally very good. But when compared to other tech and non-tech companies, it pales in comparison. TC needs to be upped by about 50% in general
i don't feel i am being paid the right compensation with all the peers of my level.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Very open and collaborative culture. We usually take the last 10 minutes of every meetings just to make jokes and discuss about life in general. For example someone might mention a Netflix show they are currently watching with insights and recommendations etc.
Quarterly team events, lunch outings, flexible schedule.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Collaborate as a team and exchange knowledge, avoiding the use of insults.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Company culture is very flexible in terms of start time in the morning or end times in the evenings. So far as you complete your work, no one really follows you around to know what you are doing or when you started or ended. Also taking vacations or off days is easy peasy.
