What is the best part about your compensation package?

Insurance and PTO plan is fine. The other insurance offerings is good as well. Life insurance is reasonably priced.

Benefits and compensation are more than fair

Its a great benefit that i can individualize to my needs

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

In my case Reids pay was $2.25 below area average. There are no Paid holidays that you will be forced to take off. You have to use your PTO time to pay yourself.

Yes, more money and better management.
