What do you like best about the leadership team?
I think they try to make sure the organization looks after their employees
Always willing to listen and implement new ideas/suggestions.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Understanding the impacts of the demands they are rushing to put in. Rush to put something in then move on to the next thing. Hard to resolve the issues when you are now focused on the next shiny object.
Too many people demanding instant response and action upon a group of 8
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Insurance and PTO plan is fine. The other insurance offerings is good as well. Life insurance is reasonably priced.
Benefits and compensation are more than fair
Its a great benefit that i can individualize to my needs

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
In my case Reids pay was $2.25 below area average. There are no Paid holidays that you will be forced to take off. You have to use your PTO time to pay yourself.
Yes, more money and better management.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Experience and values are aligned with mine
Sense of humor when it comes to lack of communication.
The fact that i know when i step out to care for a patient, they always have my back.
We learn from each other.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture is about as fake as you can get. Everyone is worried about losing their job.
At least at PACE we tried to do potlucks like once a month
Humour, commraderie, laughter and team work.

Get rid of the third party who does all the processing.

Caring for patients in an effective manner
