Staff of all levels working together to resolve a problem.

Briefly describe your overall experience at your company

As non profit organization, they should give back to their emoloyees when turning an 89 million dollar profit. Employees are not respected as well as they should be by administration. The pay scale is very top heavy.

Caring for patients in an effective manner
