Everything is a rush. Get as much in as you can in the shortest time possible. Work Life balance is almost non existent.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Insurance and PTO plan is fine. The other insurance offerings is good as well. Life insurance is reasonably priced.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Understanding the impacts of the demands they are rushing to put in. Rush to put something in then move on to the next thing. Hard to resolve the issues when you are now focused on the next shiny object.
