Mark P. Cantaluppi — Vice President & CFO at Reis

Mr. Mark P. Cantaluppi has been the Chief Financial Officer of Reis, Inc. (formerly known as Wellsford Real Properties Inc.) since March 2006 and has been its Vice President since November 1999. Mr. Cantaluppi serves as Principal Accounting Officer of Reis, Inc. He served as Assistant Secretary of Reis, Inc. He served as the Chief Accounting Officer of Reis, Inc. since December 2000 and Director of Investor Relations since November 1999. He joined Reis, Inc. in November 1999 and served as its Controller. He served as Assistant Controller of Vornado Realty Trust, a diversified REIT From January 1998 to November 1999 which primarily owns and operates office buildings, retail centers and cold storage facilities. He worked for Ernst & Young, a public accounting firm, from 1993 to 1998 where he attained the level of Manager. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Cantaluppi is a graduate of Villanova University.
