William Sander — President & COO of Reis Services LLC at Reis

Mr. William Sander, also known as Bill, has been the Chief Operating Officer of Reis Services, LLC, a subsidiary of Reis, Inc. since 2001 and has been its President since March 2013. Mr. Sander is responsible for directing Reis's Product Management, Sales, Marketing, Human Resources, Operations, Accounting and the Economic Analysis groups. He served as the Chief Operating Officer of REIS Inc. since 2001. He served as an Assistant Secretary of REIS Inc. From 2001 to May 2007, he served as the Chief Operating Officer of Private Reis. Mr. Sander has overall responsibility for the day to day operations of Reis and supervision of all divisions of Reis. Since joining REIS Inc. in March 2000, he has reorganized and re-staffed REIS Sales and Technology teams and has created industry leading Product Management and Training groups. Under his guidance, REIS has redesigned its Reis SE web product and launched a number of substantial enhancements such as REIS Shopping Center reports, Sales Comparables, Automated Property Valuation and Credit Risk Analysis tools and expanded REIS market coverage from 50 metropolitan areas to 80. In addition, Mr. Sander has improved REIS on-time delivery of quarterly data updates and has expanded and enhanced REIS Inc. 250,000-property database. He has more than 14 years of experience in the business information industry. He served as Senior Vice President of Product Management at Primark Corporation. While at Primark/Thomson Financial, he was responsible for the development and launch of two of Primark/Thomson Financial's primary products that together generated nearly $55M in revenue. Mr. Sander is a graduate of Marietta College and the Washington Economic Policy Semester at American University.
