What do you like best about the leadership team?
Open communication, visibility, team atmosphere while maintaining accountability to single owner
The leadership team is more transparent then other companies I've worked for in the past. They are able to steer the company in the right direction and are able to communicate to the rest of the team.

The diversity of the team is what really sets relayr apart. You work with so many different individuals from a job function standpoint and nationality that it provides a unique flavor and perspective unmatched.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My company really promotes the business relationships and active engagement and improvements widely and openly
The opportunity to work with so many diverse people allows the company to grow so much. The culture is one that is a work hard, play harder mentality and everyone is respectful.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?

What did you like most about the interview process?
the promised me a lot, but later did not deliver
it was very thoruough and long
Bamboo site that collects the feedback from other interviewers and ability to view resumes.
The opportunity to be interviewed by many individuals in different functions allowed me to get a better understanding of how the company operates.
