- What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?It's not my coworkers fault, Renasant likes to burn people out and you feel the effect of that in the branch.
- What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?My co-workers need to do better with working as a team and putting the job first. There is no responsibility for the employees who do not want to work and put their job off on other employees.
- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Renasant Bank doesn't even give the cost of living raise every year. I would like to feel like I can afford my groceries.
