Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Renasant Bank doesn't even give the cost of living raise every year. I would like to feel like I can afford my groceries.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Great attitudes, teamwork, intelligent and inspiring.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
It's not my coworkers fault, Renasant likes to burn people out and you feel the effect of that in the branch.
My co-workers need to do better with working as a team and putting the job first. There is no responsibility for the employees who do not want to work and put their job off on other employees.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Friendliness and open. No hidden agenda or office politics.
Some of our customers are very nice and even get us holiday gifts.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
