It used to be a great environment to work, the ceo must put attention to his workers and give them better tools and reasonable schedules.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There's too much on my plate and the company is not fairly compensating me for that. I'm doing the work of 2-3 people at any given time. We've had multiple very good employees leave for lack of appreciation and bad pay.
What are some of the best things about your team?
No egos, very collaborative, everyone does their work well and on-time. No issues at all with the employees or coworkers. More so management.
They are hard workers and good team players
