The leadership team strives in stragic direction, but important to me is their emphasis on work-life-balance, and how they operate with a refreshing amount of candor and transparency. It's quite different from many of my past jobs, in a really great way.
I love that we get to help change the rental industry--it needed some innovation, and my team gets to be a part of that. Plus, the corporate culture at Rent. is so unique... people actually like each other and like to collaborate. It's a fun job!
Our culture is not competitive, which I love. I see the sales people being supportive of one another, even though everyone wants the the top sales spots. But the way we show up for one another and lift each other up, celebrating our wins... it's so fun to be a part of!
The people I met with were open and honest about the company. They shared the good parts, of course, but also were transparent about the challenges around growing a new team and evolving an old legacy (RentPath was around for YEARS and not all of them were great). I felt confident accepting the job.
