What's the work from home policy like at Rent?
Consider work from home a "practice" and not a "policy" as this type of flexibility really is based on the role you hold. We are a highly collaborative environment that can be spontaneous at times bringing minds together to solve challenges and brainstorm on new ideas.
Requires self discipline and more documentation in order to verify the hours worked and progress made. Much of the work is completed in the field so having an office in every market would be a wasted expense.
