What did you like most about the interview process?
The people I met with were open and honest about the company. They shared the good parts, of course, but also were transparent about the challenges around growing a new team and evolving an old legacy (RentPath was around for YEARS and not all of them were great). I felt confident accepting the job.
Straight forward and as honest as they could be
It provided me with the opportunity to get to know the company, the leaders, the culture and the opportunity for growth.
