What do people at Rentlytics think about the CEO? What do they do well and what can they improve?
Justin is a fantastic CEO -- very passionate and engaged. He's loved by the customers and a fantastic spokesman for the company. He's also very involved with the product team and developing the long term vision. I'm sure there are areas for improvement because he's a 1st time startup CEO, but I'm not aware of anything off the top of my mind.
How's the work life balance at Rentlytics?
Fantastic for a startup. There will certainly be times you'll be on your laptop at home on a night or occasional weekend doing work, but its not banking or consulting. There's no need for "face time" and we're good at limiting stress.

Yes, several employees work remotely and we have a liberal WFH policy.
How does Rentlytics make decisions around promotions?
Quarterly performance reviews and internal needs. We've promoted many individuals internally or allowed them to switch teams as needed.
