I appreciate all the financial options we are given, but would still like to see a employee stock option plan in place to buy into the company to protect the company and the employees.

I feel that they didnt value me from the beginning. They cut my pay and position upon hiring me. This is after moving 800 milestotake the job. I would be happy with a $5000 raise...

Sales commission has been cut which has offset this year's renumeration. Quarterly bonuses are in decline.

With 20 years of experience in the industry I have acquired knowledge and techniques that classroom training does teach. And to be paid the same like someone without experience is unfair and ridiculous.
