Compensation to the OMs and even the specialists. The idea that an OM is salarized and they choose to give massive unrwalistic work loads without a pay raise.
A better district manager asap
I feel that they didnt value me from the beginning. They cut my pay and position upon hiring me. This is after moving 800 milestotake the job. I would be happy with a $5000 raise...
Sales commission has been cut which has offset this year's renumeration. Quarterly bonuses are in decline.

Better role out of computer based programs. Better pay. Its tough asking someone to work for 15.50 an hr while yes incentive is there but many places here are hiring at 20 plus an hr. Tough to get good quility folks for that price. Then OMs also dont make enough. Inflation has had no effect on pay

Implementing actual processes that are customer driven! Stopping yearly price increases! Pay your employees better! Never seen customer retention and satisfaction so low! Also employee retention and morale has never been worse!

Treat them like people and not a number
It's a lot of ideation with zero execution as the gap between managers who think and staff that execute is never bridged or even addressed
