Post-mortems are done in a very respectful, analytical way. There has been significant process improvement during my time with the company and as the organization has matured it has maintained an emphasis on fixing and understanding mistakes and investing in employees.

I really appreciate how the RentRedi team upholds the community through a remote environment. We can come together through our goals, and our joy, and still maintain that unity.

Concerns are heard and addressed as quickly as possible, we are provided opportunities to contribute and often be compensated for contribution, and we are all on the same page working toward a common goal. The people I work with are incredible

We have fun monthly remote activities such as painting, cooking, candle making, etc.

Though we are a 100% remote team, we still operate in a very communal way! We engage with each other through our company-wide weekly meetings and daily departmental meetings. We even occasionally have leisurely activities.

The most positive thing about working at RentRedi is the hands-off approach of the management team that creates a level of trust and autonomy that allows and motivates employees to really take pride in their work and thrive.

We enjoy discussing what we've accomplished on a weekly basis. There is always someone available if you need help with a task. Leadership and coworkers are always there to answer questions.
