What do you like best about the leadership team?
My direct manager is a decent person and seems to genuinely care about the people under his care but is unwilling to step outside of company expectations even when they are clearly ridiculous

Staff discount and free coffee
The culture in my store is positive. It is a group of people always willing to help each other out. The overall company culture is toxic
