Justin Boswell — Region President of Central Region at Republic Services

Mr. Justin C. Boswell serves as Region President of Central Region at Republic Services, Inc., and served as its Senior Vice President of Operations - Midwestern Region since August 24, 2012. Mr. Boswell served as Senior Vice President and Group Executive of Mechanical Security at Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. since March 2010. He served as the President of Mechanical Access Systems of Stanley Works since January 2007 and its Vice President since July 26, 2005. Mr. Boswell served as the President of Stanley Security Solutions since 2003. He joined Stanley in April 2000 as the President of Stanley Access Technologies. Prior to joining Stanley, he enjoyed a 10-year career with General Electric. While at GE, he progressed through an array of financial, sales, general management and entrepreneurial leadership roles including the successful startup and mainstream transition of GE Medical Systems' multi-vendor service business. He has more than two decades of success in general management, operations, sales and finance across multiple industries. He has been a Non-Executive Director of Stanley Security Solutions-Europe Ltd., (formerly, Black PLC) since January 26, 2004. Mr. Boswell holds a B.A. in Finance and Marketing from University of Texas and an MBA from Vanderbilt University's Owen School of Business.
