Very friendly, supportive and knowledgeable
Leadership cares about the employees, will help out in anyway possible.
The response time for leadership is amazing. They are always eager to help and are always encouraging.

Taking suggestions to heart. Decisions that need to be made. Should not take longer than a week. You should come in on Monday, talk about what needs to be fixed fix it by Friday and start again on Monday with new issues at hand

My sign on bonus has yet to ge applied
Constantly making it harder to get paid
THey want to overruled the right thing to do
I feel it is unfair to make us work an extra hour without any extra pay.

The IT team needs to have diversity, not just all Indian
coworkers are fine it's the management that needs to do a lot better

Communication in the work place
We all care for each other and look out for each other.
I know that I will have a job because people need refuse service

The most positive part I do believe in our business unit is that our drivers communicate about everything we do not keep secrets and it is never a need to know basis we have drivers believe we need to know what is going on that may affect our job as a whole

They need to stand behind the employees and listen to suggestions they give to nake company better. Equal work througout workforce

My supervisor was awesome answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable
The interviewer was very personable
Everyone was friendly and did everything they could to make me feel comfortable
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
It took 4 months of interviews, background checks, drug test, and interview after interview with all kinds of different departments and people. Extremely slow, unprofessional, and lots of disconnect between the different groups. Terrible platform for interviewing and terrible follow up process!

When I help a customer resolve an issue.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Trucks are breaking down to often hydralic leaks on the streetsof our community routs not being completed. Drivers getting upset with low pay rate. : 1. ibvest in the fleet / 2. Pay the workers equal pay to the compedutors in the local area.
Management thinks where all stupid
Drivers have too many sites to visit and not much support when needed.
Poor service, constant price increases, onesided agreements
We need more drivers and trucks. My bulk team is always being pulled to a different LOB leaving bulk pick ups on the ground. This creates COMMITMENT FAILURES and more service recordings than I can handle.
