My coworkers, as in drivers we communicate daily about things that could affect our job, and or one of our team members. We do not keep it a secret, and it is never a need to know basis

We were having meetings every morning for the residential team with dispatchers, supervisors, and managers. It was very helpful to know what's going on for the day. But we no longer have them and I feel lost through out the day. Like not finding out about routes that didn't go out until past noon.

For our Branch we need better leaders/boss it is a constant battle between first and second shift. Production is affected as a result as well as quality. Staff is sometimes treated bad, yelled at or not given the proper ppe to do the job.

Be consistent. OM, GM and HRM need to stop dodging questions and take ownership of the BU. HRM and GM need to answer driver's phone calls and not rely on comments from irresponsible drivers and supervisors.
