Taking suggestions to heart. Decisions that need to be made. Should not take longer than a week. You should come in on Monday, talk about what needs to be fixed fix it by Friday and start again on Monday with new issues at hand

They need management training for there shop supervisor on all levels

Protecting safety workers and slow down driving trash trucks with certain drivers

Take reports and actually do something instead of retaliation. Stop creating a hospital work environment. Provide support and prober training.
