Communication in the work place
We all care for each other and look out for each other.
I know that I will have a job because people need refuse service

The most positive part I do believe in our business unit is that our drivers communicate about everything we do not keep secrets and it is never a need to know basis we have drivers believe we need to know what is going on that may affect our job as a whole

We're an environmental services company, so I really do feel like our work is important and that we're making a difference every day that we work.

Corporate needs to come to lewisvile tx and do a odit on there managment and speek to the employees. How they are getting miss treated.

Bring back the old culture and pay your hard workers based on there experience and work ethics
