No tricks, no case studies, no math problems, typical behavioral questions to see whether not only would you be a good fit, but if the company would be a good fit for you.
They allow you to ride allong
How they show you what you will be doing each day.
It took 4 months of interviews, background checks, drug test, and interview after interview with all kinds of different departments and people. Extremely slow, unprofessional, and lots of disconnect between the different groups. Terrible platform for interviewing and terrible follow up process!

Background check should be performed within the state
if your HR people understood the business better they could recruit more locally than process next would be line duty positions
