Sole are amazing and very easy to get along with and talk to, others on the team like to be shady and do stuff behind others backs
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Put unbaised people in charge, make sure that leadership in place is being fair to everyone and not just their own, make sure that people of leadership are able to accomplish the job satsifactorly and not hide behind others
